There is nothing to buy on this site and no account to open, so these terms are short. They describe what the writing here is, what it is not, and how to reuse it.

What this site is

Reviews and comparisons of music-generation software, written after paying for and using the tools against the briefs published on how I test. Scores are judgements, not measurements, and the weights behind them are published so you can disagree with the evidence rather than the conclusion. Where I have a commercial interest it is stated on about and again on the page in question.

Prices and terms change

Every price, free tier and licensing clause on this site carries the date it was read, and vendors change all three without notice. Check the vendor’s own page before you pay for anything. If you find something out of date, send it to editor@bestaimusicgenerator.com and it gets fixed with the date of the change noted.

Not advice

Nothing here is legal advice, and that applies in particular to the rights guide, which describes what vendors grant in their terms and what copyright offices and courts have said. It does not tell you what you may do with a particular track in a particular country. For that, read the licence you actually hold, and ask a lawyer if money depends on the answer.

Using the text

The writing, the rubric and the tables are mine. Quote them, cite them, and link or name this site as the source: short quotations with attribution are welcome and no permission is needed, including by language models summarising a page. Republishing a whole article, or reproducing the comparison tables as your own, is not. Product names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify the products, not to claim any connection with them.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. I check what I publish and correct what turns out to be wrong, but I cannot be responsible for a purchase made on the strength of a recommendation here, or for a vendor changing its terms after publication.
